Our Dairy-Free Cakes are made with two layers of light white sponge, filled with a layer of jam and dairy-free cream. They’re topped with fresh dairy-free cream and decorated with jellies, mandarins, or seasonal strawberries.
The sides are finished with combed dairy-free cream (please note: the cake pictured shows crumbed sides, but our dairy-free version has smooth combed cream).
Serves 6–8 people.
Please note: Strawberries are only available when in season.
