Our Low Gluten Cakes are made with two layers of light white sponge, filled with a layer of jam and fresh cream. They’re topped with fresh cream and decorated with jellies, mandarins, or seasonal strawberries.
The sides are finished with combed cream (please note: the cake pictured shows crumbed sides, but our low gluten version has smooth combed cream as in the second photo).
The cake is made with gluten-free ingredients in an environment with gluten.
Serves 6–8 people.
Please note: Strawberries are only available when in season.
