Our Low Gluten Cakes are made with two layers of light white sponge, filled with a layer of jam and fresh cream. They’re topped with fresh cream and decorated with jellies, mandarins, or seasonal strawberries. The sides are finished with combed fresh cream.
The cake is made with gluten-free ingredients in an environment with gluten.
