Fresh cream cakes are made with two layers of white sponge and filled with a layer of jam and fresh cream. Topped with fresh cream, jellies, mandarins or strawberries.

Ingredients: Eggs, wheat, flour, sugar, butter icing (margarine, milk, icing sugar), Mixed fruit jam (glucose syrup, apples, apricot puree concentrate, red plum puree concentrate, citric acid, sodium citrate, gelling agent, pectin, colours, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring)
